Hi everyone, in the residency application most programs require 3 LOR. In EM they mostly want a SLOE. I will have 2 by the time ERAS opens. How is everyone getting 3? Can you get one from an attending on your SubI in addition to the SLOE that gets written? Can you get one from a faculty member who was in charge of the EMIG you were president of or does it have to be clinically based?
