Has anyone heard anything from BU at all? I submitted my PTCAS 2-3 months ago and have yet to hear a single thing at all. No email confimation saying they received the app or anything at all, as I have gotten with every other school I've applied to. Just curious if that's just how they do things or if something went wrong with my app. If that's how they do things, I'm annoyed!

Same here! I've also heard from every other school I'm applying to - but not a word from BU. So, yes, I guess that's just the way they do things...
To be fair, as far I understand, they don't conduct interviews and here's what they say on the their website: "We begin reviewing applications on December 15..." That does seem kind of late though.

Thank you! Glad to know at least I'm not the only one. It would just be nice to receive at least a "we got your application" email or something.

I also applied to BU. I didn't get a "confirmation" per se like i did with every other school that conducts interviews (and some that don't like UF). However, I did email the program a couple months ago and got a response from them basically saying that if I submitted everything then I should be fine. I then asked to see if they could check and they did and through that I was able to get confirmation that my app file was complete. I think we don't hear until mid January bc their website says that they conduct an open house for accepted students in Feb.

Same here! 🙂 Are you going to one of their information sessions? I'm going to interview at MGH-IHP on February 4, so I'm really not sure if I'm going to be able to afford traveling from California to Boston twice in February... 🙁

I haven't made a final decision on a school yet, there's some personal & financial factors to think about. And interviews/visits are getting expensive for me too.

Oh, good news! Thanks for sharing 🙂 I was getting a little worried.

And for anyone else who may have applied to more Mass schools, I was told that Umass Lowell would be making all of their final decisions during the first week of Feb. Fingers crossed for state school tuition!
