I have a question from the BR Physics II book.

TBR Problem #46 on Page 42 (it's in the 52-question mini-test).

Can somebody please explain the answer because the explanation in the back does not seem to be accurate?

You must have a newer version of the book than I do. You should probably just post the actual question.
