I read the introduction in the front of the book and one interesting thing to me is that the book is meant for 7 to 9 students who want to move up to an 11 or 12. So if you're sup 7 on the MCAT sections, will these books be of use to you?

Wtf? I was a 9-10 in PS now i'm 12-14. Just use the books and you'll be fine.
