what are some classic case presentations in PM&R (i.e.types of patients you see all the time in PM&R)? i dont want an indepth explanation; i just want a general overview.

Heres a hypothethical example; if you could use this format for the work-up, that would be great:

Hx: Pt presents w/severe back pain for 2 weeks
PE: mass on the right side of back
Labs Ordered: ??? (i.e. CBC, Urine Analaysis, Urine Culture, Chem7)
Radiology Film Requested: ??? (i.e. Xrays, MRI, CT scan)
Dx: ???
Tx: ???
