Hello,

Do I have like 20 seconds to take a break between the natural sciences and PAT sections?

I know there is no break. I think it would help out to just shake out my legs and walk around the desk.

If you can finish before the 90 min in natural science, I don't see why you can't get up and stretch a bit

Yeah I don't know if you can walk around or anything or even get up because you have to maintain a quiet and serene environment for other people taking the test. It wouldn't hurt to ask the proctor to see if it is ok to stretch between sections. I know if you overly take breaks that might look suspicious.

it was not allowed in my test center. Only legit 15min break after PAT would let me move out of my desk

I'm sure you can stretch in your chair. Just don't get up.

If you want to get up and walk around you have to leave the room. That might be atleast a 3 minute process untill you sit back down. Since you have to get up walk to the door, tell them you want to take an unscheduled break, wait for them to open a folder find your name, have you sign it, then electronically finger print you and then to come back into the room the same process just in reverse.... I was stretching during the test in my chair.
