this is kind'a crazy... if this is a hoax (which is highly likely to be) and if a psychologist did this, It's shaming, I would agree with the md's, that would be a sad attempt. If it's a hoax and a psychiatrist did it to make us look bad, then it's even more disgraceful of psychiatry.
