This was my first DAT score:
Bio 20/Chem 23/Reading 21/PAT 21/Carving 14

I decided the carving score was too low. About two weeks before my next DAT, I was dumped. Heartbroken. So I didn't study, and I didn't practice my carving. However, I decided to say, "Well, I'll be a single dentist. I'll be a single, good dentist." I was more determined than the last exam.

This was my second DAT score:
Bio 21/Chem 30/Reading 20/PAT 21/Carving 20

I don't know if it's a "great" score, but it's better in most areas. So my advice to you: study hard AND have a positive attitude. By "positive," I don't mean, "I'm going to be the best ever." I just mean not being angry at fate, having a smile if bad things happen. Honestly, it really helps.
