Breaks during CCS

Hi, I was reading somewhere that suggested you take breaks after each of the CCS on the 2nd day.
Did you guys that have already taken it do this?
It seems like a lot of breaks if you took one after each case. What do you think?

Also, after the 4 blocks of MCQ's, do you just continue on to CCS, or does the proctor have to come in and start it for you?

First, yes that would be alot of breaks. I only took one for all 9 cases.

Second, no they don't have to come in to do anything to get the cases to start.
