Would you ever imagine a mastectomy being performed without a biopsy first? Imagine the legal implications if such a case weren't cancer. Also, it's not difficult to perform a biopsy, compared to a woman undergoing a physically and emotionally traumatic mastectomy.

that case confused me cuz our surgeon today mentioned that if women came with nipple retraction and peaud's orange do mastectomy without biopsy
