Hi everyone, a thread hasnt been made for Brown Gateways for enrollment this upcoming Fall 2021 (at least I cant find one). Just wanted to start one to get some community going and see where everyone is in the process. I submitted and was complete early Feb, waiting to hear back still. I am crossing my fingers!

Hi, I applied in mid-January and I believe my application was complete by late January. Also waiting to hear back and have my fingers crossed. Good luck to you!

@catherine_sofiie @bluezclues Can I ask what your stats were? I was thinking about applying as well but am unsure if I would be a competitive applicant. Also do you know if this program involves taking classes alongside medical school students?

Has anyone gotten an interview yet? @bluezclues @cat_the_scholar @Mathu

yes you do take classes alongside medical school students. my stats were very mediocre, you miss all the shots you don't take!
cGPA: 3.3
SGPA: 3.1
MCAT: 496

id say pretty good extracurriculars

Hey! I definitely think you should apply regardless of your stats. I do believe they evaluate the application holistically. Also, yes you take classes alongside medical school students!!

Hi everyone! I was invited to interview for this program on April 7th, and I was wondering if any of you all that recently interviewed had any advice on what to expect? 🙂 Thanks in advance!

Hey! The advice I can give is to review your CV and your transcripts. More importantly, be yourself and express your goals/ambitions. It's very very conversational and easy-going.

Hi. I know this thread is short - trying to gauge typical turnaround. Submitted very recently. It looks like ~1 month is what others have experienced? Any other insight to this?

Thanks in advance 🙂

Hi all. Anyone been waiting on a response for a while? I’m at about the 6 week mark from app completion. Currently hold two other strong program offers but would like to know what’s going on here before I start setting up my life in another city.

are they still accepting students here?
