Try goljan or pathoma and FA. Those are high yield. Consult Lippincott or RR biochem if you need some extra help.

Lange biochem cards are money. They have awesome vingette's and are very clinically oriented.

how important is remembering all those biochem pathways/enzymes, I was cleaning room today, picked up first aid and noticed it was open to biochem section (which I had never looked at) and was surprised to see all the pathways outlined with enzymes/etc.

I was hoping we didnt actually have to remember this crap?

I found FA + lots of practice questions to be more than sufficient for biochem.

I own DejaReview and HY Biochem. Both were a waste of time.
