Has anyone used the BRS flash cards? How are the Pharm flash cards for step 1 prep or NBME?

BRS makes great cards for pharm, micro and anatomy.

stay away from their path cards tho...get lange instead

I would DEFINITELY second the Lange Flashcards. Ive used them all year as a refresher for block exams and they're fabulous. LOTS of good clinical info, treatment, histo, gross, etc... They're totally worth the cash.

How do the BRS anatomy cards compare to Netter's anatomy cards? Is one better than the other?

I have been using the BRS Microbiology, Pharmacology, and Pathology cards for some time now. I know...I know...but it works for me. The Lange Path cards are too wordy...it doesn't become a flashcard anymore. Some of my friends swear by them. I say take a look at all the flashcards and figure out which one works best for you according to your style of studying.
