This book worth having to complement BRS Physio?

I'm looking around, the 2001 edition is much cheaper than the 2005 version, is there a legitimate difference between the 2? I plan on purchasing the 2003 (3rd) edition of BRS Physio since it looks to be quite recent outside of this new edition coming out and people I've spoken with think it's a great book, plus the pricing is much cheaper for the 2003 physio book. Question being, 2005 cases/problems or 2001 cases/problems ... any real differences? Which is better? Thanks guys/gals.

I don't know how many people will have used both and thus be able to compare them for you. I did the latest edition of the cases/problems - not that useful compared to question banks. If I were you, I'd scrap getting the BRS cases/problems book, spend some of the savings on buying the latest version of BRS Physio, and then the leftover money, put towards online questions that will be far more representative of the real thing than BRS cases/problems.

Thanks for the tip. I'd never heard of it until I did a search and it came up, so decided to ask around before I jumped the gun and made the purchase. Thanks again!

So, USMLEWorld appears to be #1 of question banks, what else are considered to be top caliber question banks? People here claim Kaplan QBank isn't that great. So, which ones are the best?

I don't think the consensus is that the Kaplan Qbank "isn't that great" but just that UWorld is probably better. If you have the time, and money, and focus, then both are probably excellent question banks. I'll personally make sure that I do the UWorld completely and review all missed questions again. Whether I do Qbank for a month really depends on how much time I have left when I finish UWorld, and whether I just want to go through UWorld again or see something different.

I'd guess that the "consensus" is that the Qbank comes in second after UWorld.
