Is it really true that this is the best choice for physio? I heard High Yield was good from a number of people, but havent heard mucha bout this one.

I used BRS physiology but by the end I was happy to just know what was in First-Aid plus a little extra. And I did fine. But it would be great to know BRS physiology front to back if you got the spare neurons. good luck.
