Hey everyone!
I am currently a nursing student working my way towards a BSN. After I graduate, I plan on working as a nurse for 3-5 years before considering other career options to expand upon my experience working in the hospital. I am looking into perhaps becoming a nurse practioner, nurse anesthetist, or manager. I'm also considering the option of obtaining my MD if, working as a nurse, I find the career of a doctor attractive.
What are your thoughts on this?
Have you or anyone you know gone from nursing to medicine sucessfully?
Is it ever too late to go to medical school?
