I have a couple of questions ,i had applied during the 2nd week of august to BU and i did receive a letter from them a month ago that they received my application etc but after that i have not heard from them at all.I am kind of suprised and worried as i did expect to hear from them sooner.I called them but seems like they will let me know by snail mail if my application is incomplete etc.Are their any others like me??My stats are Part 1- 93 part 2- 85 GPA-4.0 and TOEFL -290.I sent the official copies a long time back and have confirmed that they have been sent so this waiting is killing me 🙄 .
Can you or anyone shed some light on these murky issues??Will be really appreciated.

I plan to do just that asap.The only hitch is they dont tell me anything when i call and any query regarding when I will be informed or the status of my application is usually answered with a "we will inform you by mail" 🙄 .Lets hope this time i get something more than that!!.Thanks for your concern.

Hey, you have very good scores and I am sure that they would call you.I know for a fact that BU only looks at scores for acceptance.Though they call everyone above 85, they accept only students who have a score of 90 or above.So dont worry about it.

upenn interview is a mentaly exuasting one, you have to be fresh each time to gett to the interviewer, you have three interviews. the group will be devided over a number of intervewer that would be 9 or 10, so each one has a different interview experience according to the different interviewer. you cant choose the interview. and they made it in a way that they avoid putting you with an intervewer of the same ethnicity. read their website well and dont memorize questions and answers as they ask unpredectible questions sometimes, though they would ask you about your life and why you cose dentistry and some personal questions. they are so nice so dont go there with a negative expectations by some posts of some members here. i told you each one has different expereince.

Well let me introduce myself,as u know my name,aquafresh,i'm new to this forum,i must say u guys r really very helpful.i have been reading inputs from the forum for quite sometime though,but never registered.finally did the honours today.

i too have been interviewed at BU and am waiting for their reply.my interview was on the 30'th,hoping to hear form them soon.

Looks like faith did not let me down!! .Received an interview call from Boston for the 28th of october!!.Thanks . 👍

few people sent me a PM asked me what`s happend with my interview in Boston, well i`m accepted too. you guys don`t need special preparation for this interview. it is easy, just be yourself. caninus molaris wrote a lot about it. gool luck to everyone.

Well I didnt get a fedex package , it was a letter from BU with bunch of documents.

i was placed on the alternate list for the class beginning in 2004. still now i have recieved a letter that they have recieved my application.my question is
1. will they call me for an interview again??
2. when will get to know the results???

i was interviewed by Dr.Ashayeri and she is very very sweet.she makes u feel comfortable and interview is cool.she asks a few personal questions and questions about career goals.thats it.
we donot get any phone call or email before recieving the regular mail.
