you have a good profile but it is clearly written on bu website that 100 is the minimum score in toefl. and it is my personal experience that higher score in toefl will get u iv call in other schools also.

I completely agree with u. But before applying to boston I had called up to ask about toefl score but they told me 84 is minimum to apply and 100 being competitive score and moreover they said that they give consider the complete profile not just single criteria. So was thinking of giving part 2 first and toefl again. What do u say ?

Mudula, you have good chances. Go ahead and apply. It's the NYU, that says they won't allow any exceptions in case of toefl score. It's clearly written in their CAAPID that they need 100 and no exceptions will be made.
For BU I believe you are good to go.

How much time does the caapid takes to verify the application and send the application to BU?
I have submitted the supplemental application fee to BU and submitted caapid application also. But I have not got any mail from BU, stating that they have my applucation.
I just submitted it two days back.

Additionally, you should have received an email from BU confirming the PAYMENT made. (supp application fee).
If you didn't, you should call BU or email them asking about your application status or if there is any additional information they are still looking for.

there are some schools where one can apply on basis of part 1 and they consider part 2(if provided)
I mean to say that, they do mention on their site that they give consideration to part 2 for eg. Penn and colorado
But BU just states that they need part 1 and mention nothing on part 2....

Guys what is an under review email?? Is it the one which says thank u for applying. We will start reviewing form March to July.. Interview will be issued from... . Is it????
