need info on this please!!!
I was placed on the alternate list a while ago, and on 4/26 I got an email from BU that said...
We are about to begin taking candidates of off our Alternate List. You are high on our list of candidates and the Admissions Committee is wondering if you are still available and interested in attending Boston University.
Please email me back when you get a chance.

I emailed back saying I had already accepted another offer and to take me off the list. Hope you all get in!
