I'm looking for a roommate for the fall. I've got a place 10 minutes from school(walking), mostly furnished (except for the other person's bedroom). No smoking, no drugs. $775/month in the 3rd floor of a brownstone, starting Sept. 1st.

I'll be a 2nd year GMS.
