I just got a call from my interviewer!! Im in!!!!!!!!
 
congrad I hope I am as lucky..... do they call all acp...or just those in boston???
 
I think it depends on the interviewer and what she wants...mine said the good news is in the mail, so they must have sent out the letters already.

Does everybody's status page still says "Your application is now under consideration by the Committee on Admissions"?

How long we have to wait??? am I right they said acp = mail or call waitlisted and rejections status page..
 
i think that acceptances over mail and rejections and waitlist over e-mail

so oos no news is good news????? when do they post to status..... mine hasn't changed... it is only 7:25 am here (having trouble with space bar)
 
ok there 3 acp on sdn 2 are from boston am not sure where zeb is from that leaves 57 spots left this round all received calls where is mine???:luck::luck::luck:

I just checked my status and got ERROR can call or are they uploading?
 
Just saw the action here...Oh man, I get no cell reception at work. I have to go to another floor to see if I got any calls. So much for my productivity today.

I got a call from my interviewer as well - letter is in the mail (sent today). Online status is still under consideration.
 
crap it seems like all the interviewers are calling..

Anyone want to give any clues as to which interviewers are actually calling???
 
Thanks! Your specific interviewer will call you if you have been accepted. My in-state residence is Illinois, but I am currently living in Boston
 
Maybe they are not calling people not in MA right now because mail takes longer to get to us? or I've just been rejected 🙁

i'm confused....i thought acceptances were made through snail mail. why are people getting calls from their interviewers?
 
Interviewers seem to be loose cannons at BU. For example, mine told me during my interview that the admissions office will not let you know where you stand on the waitlist, but if I am waitlisted I should contact him and he will give me the scoop.
 
during the March acceptances last year, students that were accepted were notified via snail mail. a few students were called by their interviewer before they received their acceptances.

Rejections/waitlist notifications were sent via email.
 
how soon should we expect news??? email or snail mail??? is no news good news? some are being called. Others are mailed. for those who have been acp.... ARE they already in the mail? when do they post? anyone know... thanks all Congrads to those who got in!!!!:hardy:

i think the only people who would know that is the admissions office staff. specifically I want to know when they are sending out rejection/waitlist emails since you never know when a snail mail will actually arrive

So, the interviewers calling people that have been accepted regardless of whether they are in Boston. I hope this doesn't apply to everyone because I haven't received a phone call. Nor has my status changed on my BU application portal......

Am hoping that this all doesn't mean an upcoming rejection.
