Can anyone fill me in on what kinds of things are expected from a BU MAMS Lab Thesis? What have been thesis topics from the past?

I did a library thesis, but here is the title of a lab thesis that my friend and fellow BU MAMS student wrote:

IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL LOCALIZATION AND GRADED IMMUNOREACTIVITY STUDIES OF p75 NERVE GROWTH FACTOR RECEPTOR IN NORMAL SKIN

there is no limit to what you can do. some people do public health issues others actually work in a lab.
