BU reapplicants - have hope!

After spending hours sitting in the admissions office at BU, I was able to talk to an admissions officer and she said that BU has not even started looking at reapplicants yet. They are put into a separate pile, and will be reviewed at the end of March.

I think the policy sucks, but at least there is still hope!

yeah seriously.... it might make sense if there was a pile for "applicants who did nothing to improve their file" that wasn't reviewed until march...... otherwise that's just wrong

I spoke with the same admissions officer last year when I didn't get in, and she said that as a reapplicant I wouldn't get another interview and they would just review my file. I'm not sure if this is true for all reapplicants. However, otherwise it would make no sense to review applications at the end of March - do they even do interviews this late?

Are these reapplicants that interviewed last cycle? I applied to BU last year, but did not get an interview, but got an interview invite in December for this cycle.
