BU Supplemental Fee Question

Hey guys!

I have a question for those of you who have applied to BU and completed payment through their applicant gateway.

I received an email concerning creating a BU ID and paying for my application processing fee, however on the BU Applicant Gateway says "Submit my responses and Pay." I didn't receive an option for any supplemental questions or responses on this Gateway and was just presented the option to pay my processing fee.

Is there something I missed like additional supplemental questions?

The questions were on the program materials section. That's weird you got the email tho as I haven't yet.

still nothing form BU either. my app is complete other than this fee I'm not able to pay to them.

yeah just log into that portal with your AADSAS login and password and just agree to something then you'll be able to pay the secondary

Hi! I got the same email, I thought it was weird they only asked for payment and nothing else too, but makes me feel better you had the same thing! I think we just pay first and more will come later.

maybe more will come but I kinda doubt it. the questions on AADSAS felt like their secondary. unless they have even more questions

Yeah. I mean I submitted my ADEA AADSAS with the supplemental questions on Program Materials, hence access to the supplemental gateway, but the button was a bit misleading since it said something along the lines of "Submit My Responses and Pay."

Glad to hear I didn't skip over something.

I don't know what your status is on your AADSAS concerning verified transcripts or matched DAT scores, but it took about 6 days from my actual ADEA AADSAS payment and submission.
Maybe wait throughout the weekend and give them a call Monday if you haven't received the email yet?

To be honest BU haven't moved too in the past so I'd wait till like July to worry about hearing anything from them

Weird this is what I got from BU:
Thank you for submitting your ADEA AADSAS application to Boston University. Within the next several weeks you will receive an email with instructions for completing your Boston University application, including how to pay the supplemental fee. In the meantime, we recommend that you continue to work toward finalizing your application by submitting any necessary materials to AADSAS, and we wish you an enjoyable and productive start to the summer. If you have questions please email us at [email protected].

We look forward to reviewing your application.

I meant they sent me an email saying they have everything but they haven't sent the link for paying the app fee

No supplemental or at least not yet. I believe the supplemental is the AADSAS portion. Also the secondary fee in a link that you receive from a few days after submitting the app

Ha I guess I will need to wait because I only got the above email... (confirmation email that application received) So, you got two emails in total from them?
