BU is affiliated with a public hospital, which some people prefer and some people don't. Ultimately, I don't think there's a huge difference between the feel of the two schools -- I interviewed at them on back-to-back days and they seemed pretty similar. I think this is one of those gut-feel choices.
i would go w/ tufts in a hillbillys heartbeat. it just seemed like a much more mellow place to go to school. i think quality of student life is better there, by far. also, their "selective" rich curriculum seems pretty cool. as for rep, opportunites, and stuff like that, they're about even, so don't worry about that.
