Any ideas on how many will be wait listed ?

You guys are obviously not from the US to know which one is better. USC definitely in dentistry but for Medicine UCLA

If you want to compare buffalo. Well first of all your in LA. You'll love the life here. Clinical experience is really good considering the fact that its in downtown and in a low community area.

I got wait listed. Are a lot of ppl who are accepted also accepted other places too?

How long is this waitlist? What are the chances of being called off the waitlist?

There are many chances in buffalo if you are waitlisted. That is what people say. As many of them have multiple acceptances and buffalo would be the last choice for anyone especially because of the weather and the high fee there.

i think i believe you, but can you please tell me in detail about it if you can?

Ofcourse ucla, nobody leave ucla for usc , ucla is one of the best n more reputed school

It's funny when I hear about foreign grads talk about UCLA when there not even from the US. UCLA is a great school and reputable school I agree BUT not for dentistry that's a fact. Patient exposure is minimal. USC grads are more experienced. If you ask any US dental student which school is better for dentistry they will say USC

that's true but at the end of the day you don't have experience from UCLA, they are more academically oriented hence they end up doing PG as they need to know something before setting up practice...:laugh:
