Buffalo and high school

Why does Buffalo want high school transcripts? That seems wierd, I don't mind showing it to them since I did pretty well, but all that work to calling the high school.

yahhhh i sent mine to them awhile ago. i guess they never received it. such a pain to send it again. i talked to someone there on the phone and they said its no biggie, that i could even bring it with me to the interview.

I spent all of my high school career in the mountains with chicks and weed!

I hope it doesn't say that in my transcripts!

There have been several threads about this (though the search function wasn't working a moment ago), and I think the consensus is that they just want to get a broad idea of who you are as a student. College is only an isolated 4 years, so they probably want to see general trends, which courses you took, what you were interested in, etc. It's probably more to study you as a person than actually look at your high school GPA. A few other schools want HS transcripts as well. Just one of the annoying things to get done! 🙄
