Unfortunately a historic program collapses for a second time in 5 years. Anyone know any details?

this is what I could find. what I remember about the program is that when I applied for derm, I received an email in large bright blue font, in cursive, telling me that I did not get an interview at buffalo. it sounds like the problems will eventually become known but aren't disclosed yet; I just hope the residents affected are absorbed by other programs.
