Buffalo Interview Anyone?

Hey everyone. I have an interview at Buffalo this Thursday. I was just wondering if anyone else is going to be there? Any ideas on what to expect during the interview? 🙂

I'm still waiting for an interview from Buffalo. Even though I'm from Buffalo and I went to UB, I still haven't gotten one. Out of curiosity tinman, what are your stats?

for my interview there was 2 professors. It reminded me a lot of good cop/bad cop. The guy was really nice and encouraging but the woman was pretty mean. Just be prepared for either really good interviewers or much harder ones (like i had).

My stats are okay: gpa = 3.3 sci, 3.5 non sci and 20's on the DAT. With a bunch of extracurriculars and stuff. If you are from Buffalo, why not pay the m another visit to them and see what's going on with your app? 🙂

i believe they are all 2 professors to 1 applicant. on my day i'd say there were about 13 people and 3 groups of interviewers. good luck!

i interviewed there in dec and my interview was also 2:1 and there were 15 others there that day. I didnt think it was that laid back as i thought it would be...maybe because that was my first interview. But if u r prepared... then it will go fine. Remember to have a answer to what u think professionalism means... definitely a question they will ask. Good Luck! 😉

That's pretty good. My sci and overall are both 3.3 and I got a 19 on my DAT, 17 on PAT. I got a letter from Dr. Joynt a few days ago saying that my application is still being reviewed. Best of luck in Buffalo, and I work in the building right next to the Dental school, feel free to stop by!
