Building My List of Schools - HELP?

I tried to pick schools that were OOS-friendly also (using the ADEA guidebook and Doc toothache's guides). Please help me with my school list!

OSU isn't really that OOS friendly. UConn is only OOS friendly if you're from the neighboring states
