Any idea how to build up stamina on the CK? I recall that even in step 1, my attention was drifting after 5 blocks.. my mind just starts to work slower and i can't make connections as quickly.

Now that I'm studying for step 2, I'm finding it tough to get through 2x 46Q blocks + reviewing the answers.. I guess I can just try to do more questions, but I don't want to waste the questions by not having the time to really go through the answers. Apparently focus/fatigue makes a huge difference for me.. when i do my question blocks late at night they are a good 20% lower than when i do it during the day on UW.

So should I just pace myself to finish UW before the exam or should i try to cram more in to build my stamina?

I've got about 1600 questions left and 1.5 weeks before CS and 2.5 weeks before CK, was going to shoot for ~3 blocks/day and leave a few days at the end to review secrets and my notes. Any suggestions?

I think you're in good shape-- honestly, I could never do more than 3 blocks/day. Do not underestimate how much energy it takes to go back through answers. That could easily take me up to 2 hours per block, between looking up answers and taking notes. And getting mad at some of the UW answers which didn't make sense/contradicted themselves 🙄

On the real thing, you just finish each section and then take a break and forget about it. It's not like doing 8 sections and then having to take notes on every single answer.

OddNath is spot on. It usually takes me 2-2:30 hours to do one block including reading the answers and taking notes. I never do more than 2 or 3 blocks a day first time through UW. During the last 1-2 weeks, I can do about 5-6 blocks no sweat as I leave the last 2 weeks repeating UW questions.

good luck!
