Bullet Points for ERAS app

Hey guys,

So I pretty much have my ERAS app ready to go, but one of my friends brought up a question that I hadn't considered about using bullet points to describe your work experiences. I have used dashes to separate lines of text in describing my work experiences, but Im wondering if I should convert everything into a narrative format. When I review my app, it looks like sentences separated by dots rather than a vertical roster of items.

Does anyone know if this is okay?

Im fairly certain that aPD once mentioned that bullets and other types of formatting end up looking ugly. Probably best to switch to paragraph form.
