Bummed Recieved AZCOM Waitlist

I am really bummed, I recieved an official waitlist letter from AZCOM today. I was really impressed with their school and the facilities. Anyone know if that is for sure the kiss of death, or is there some good movement off of the list?

When did you get your interview? I was interviewed on 9/29. If you got a letter, perhaps I will get some kind of answer from them soon, too.

According to what I have read so far in SDN, this is not necessarily a kiss of death. You can certainly call them and ask them exactly where you stand on the waiting list. I hope this helps and good luck to you.

Well the letter I received said that there was no order to the alternate list. That has me really concerned and to be placed on it soo soon. I interviewed 9/29 also.The alternate list is not reviewed again until all seats are filled. That is when those that have declined or dropped will create new openings. I would guess if you haven't heard you are in good shape.

I see that you are from Texas and I remember who you are, since I was the only other person from Texas at that interview. Have you gotten a letter from AZCOM yet? I can't wait to see what mine would say. Good luck to you.

I certainly hope I am. I really like the school and the people I met there as well. I also like the location since my wife is thinking about entering PT program and there is one in Mesa not so far away from Glendale. Don't lose hope Keithslc.

I haven't received my letter yet, but I'm thinking that the mail system also has something to do with it since I live in Houston and you're from San Antonio (I remember who you are). So I'm thinking since it's Tues, we should hear by Friday...hopefully a lot sooner....like tomorrow! haha

So, if AZCOM is wait listing people, are they also sending out acceptances yet? I've not heard of any so far. 😡 I enjoy the process more when you interview, say, on a Friday and hear back the following Monday. Much sweeter! 😀 Oh well, we must learn patience. It is a virtue!

ugh still nothing here either. its so weird when you go to the accepted thread...seems like people are getting acceptances differently either through phone (does azcom call them or do they call azcom?) or email or letter....ugh...the pressure is killing me

I couldn't wait any longer and had another interview invitation to accept/decline. So I sent them an email to get my acceptance status and they wrote back the same afternoon. I'm in. Good luck to everyone.
