If you want to sound naughty, you can say "bumpity bump!" This word is interesting. Although in its original meaning it stands for "bring up my post", the word "bump" means to collide with or to knock against something. If you want to bring your post to the top of the page, you "bump" the rest of the threads down to go to the top. That's how I understand it first.
