Can anyone confirm the exact number we should go by? I feel that the each source has their own numbers.
 
I think because there is no set universally agreed upon number, the values you'll see on the test will most likely be extremes (i.e. not close enough to thresholds to be questionable, or if the values *are* close, you'll have more info in the question stem to go on such as the patient's baseline BUN and/or creatinine). Also on test day check the lab values tab to see if they give you a cutoff that you should use (not sure if they will)

I think it's 10:1 even though fa nor pathoma states the normal values. 10:1 is from Goljan.
