I am burnt-out this morning. I have 8 days left until my math test is here (it‘s only over 1 chapter), and I am not prepare for it all besides the first 4 sections, and the last 4 sections clueless still. I lost track of time with my job, and I didn't see how bad it was until today.

There's two quizzes this week in my math class, the lowest 5 can be dropped, and I know I don't really get it because I am behind with the homework to understand the material. I been getting A's in this class so far... eh if this is the week I screw up shall be it (not the test)

I also have a philosophy assignment due next week.

What should I do? I am losing the motivation, but I want to do well. I can't let myself fail!

Good one.👍

I dunno what your trying to find here but this is for premed posting on medical school. Not efficient study habits forum. All I can say is put the time in and study the material, try to see a tutor also.

Stop these kind of replies guys, seriously. So what if this is the premed forum or not; it still relates to our studies after all even if he/she is a psychology student.

OP, I was burnt out too couple of days ago and there is nothing you can do about this except to relax a day or two. Yes, I mean completely relax and free your mind from any studies. Talk to your professor first to possibly delay the test for you so that you can be able to take a break to relax. Some professors are kind enough and will understand your situation. I was lucky because I had a weekend and not much studies because I always study on time but because of my studies all summer for the MCAT, I was burnt out. What I did was just go out with my friends to chill outside and did whatever can be done outside of the school zone. This kind of got me back to track and I was able to study for once again. Good luck!

But you said your getting A's on the material so you should know the material?

Lol I got A's on many things that I never learned well...oops

OP: hey, just relax for a moment and take a few breaths! Regardless of what you do things are going to happen.
Charge head first into those assignments, kick butt until the next break, then unload. Last semester of undergrad I took 21 credits, it sucked big time. It helped me to not give myself time to feel burnt out, I just fought the good fight until I made it through.

You can do it!

Who cares? Our comments would be helpful to other people in the same situation if it's not helpful to him. Plus we don't know with 100 % certainty that he is trolling.
I don't know about you, but I have better things to do than screw around with a troll on an internet message board. If OP was genuine, I would give a genuine response. Since he's not, I fully endorse the bashing he received by Chops (and you should too). 👍
