So I just finished my first semester and I have question about my math class
I was forced to take Business Calculus for my major but I don't think this count toward the Calculus requirement for Premed. I'll copy and paste the course description here:
Math 1525: Modeling, linear, quadratic, exponential and logarithmic functions, limits, derivatives. <-- This is what I took last semester
Math 1526: Integration with applications, matrix algebra and solving systems of equations, multivariable calculus. <-- This is what I suppose to take next semester but I switched out of Business so I don't have to.
I hope I didn't waste a class for nothing because this is what going to happen. They said my current business math class is equivalent to a legit calculus 1 class (which i think it false, business math is wayy is easier), so they will not let me take Cal 1 and go straight to Cal 2 (I'll be dead meat since I despise MATH.)
So according to the description, does that come even close to a Calculus class?
