It's fine. Are you doing it because it's hot or because the sleeves are too short or too long? Wearing a shirt that fits is more important than the orientation of your sleeves.
Honestly, I would not do it. Leaning to the side of more formal than less is always a good idea in these things, particularly as most likely a younger member of the tour. The worst thing that could happen is someone thinking, "Who does that kid think he/she is rolling up their sleeves at this event?" It happens. Alternatively, you will never be thought of negatively for not rolling them.
