I know alot of people want to know what business casual attire is for both males and females? Suggestions???

Personally, I'll be in Florida for school so any suggestions with the heat?

IMO...

Guys -- slacks, belt, dress shoes, short/long sleeved collared shirt with or without tie, polo shirt

Girls -- slacks, skirt, nice blouse (with/without collar), kitten heel/pump/ballet flat

Also... I know it's a little pricy, but it might give you an idea... some places like Banana Republic have a link online that has business/career attire, you might be able to pick up a few ideas from that.
