that's easy. all you have to do is horde a thousand copies of some rare, out of print review book. then, tell everyone you got a 270+, and tell them all you used was that book and first aid. then, sit back and let paranoia do the rest.

Create a source that has full, detailed explanations of the trickiest, seemingly paradoxical, yet unexplained/unemphasized in most if not all textbooks, topics. A source that's only to be used after you've already learned the basics.

For example, why glucagon increases insulin synthesis. Neither Costanzo's big purple Physio book nor Boron & Boulpaep's Medical Physiology attempt to explain it.

Or, create an index for First Aid that's actually usable 🙂
