Can one buy a second-hand CDP? Does it have any restrictions and security measures that regulate usage from additional users? Thanks.

Nope. Once you unlock it on your computer it can only be used on that computer. It never expires though, which is cool.

I dont see how you could transfer it. You download it then its stuck on your comp
