Just wanted to get some opinions on whether it's worth it to buy the new edition of Robbins for upcoming path rotations. I have the older one and am quite familiar with it and was wondering if the two versions were significantly different in terms of usefullness for students/upcoming residents. Any suggestions?

If you are going to do a path residency, get the new robbins. It's expanded and has much more of the latest molecular/cytogenetic information. If you're not doing path, I wouldn't get it just yet.
