I was wondering, if you do a post bacc with upperlevel science courses and do well in it, do you still need to do the retake of physics if you have a C- there? or

Yes, you have to have a "C" or higher in your prerequisites to be able to apply to medical schools.

Hi there, just thought I might ask here: I took an analytical chemistry course a few years ago and got a C- in it. I'm hoping not to have to retake it, as it is not a prerequisite for the schools I plan on applying to. Has anyone seen a med school that actually requires analytical chem as a prerequisite, or does anyone feel it may be worth retaking it at all?
Thanks!
