With 2 C's and still a 3.9+GPA I have to assume the grades are not a reflection of you as a student but the exception. I think most adcoms will quickly realize this but I don't think it would hurt to make mention of English not being your first language in your personal statement. Not to defend your grades but just mentioning it as a struggle you had to overcome.
I think you're fine, especially if you do well in VR.
If I were reviewing your application, assuming you didn't bomb the WS (sure, it's not very useful but a J-L is pretty hard to score) or verbal on the MCAT, I wouldn't count those against you if your personal statement was coherent. At most I'd ask about it in an interview.
