I got a C- in orgo 1 and a B in orgo 2, am i required to redo orgo 1 cuz of minimum mark for pre-reqs for most schools (is atleast a C), or will they over look it since i did better in orgo 2? i emailed a few dental schools but they take FOREVER to respond to me....

The Texas schools told me I don't need to retake. They don't care about the plus/minus

The website for most schools says C is minimum, but is it strictly enforced? does anyone know, of a non texas school, that accepted a lower than C in an pre req?

I got a C- on Orgo I LAB because I didn't know there was a lab final (....LOL)
and I asked if I had to retake this class to dental schools. The dental schools that require C or above for prerequisite courses and Orgo Lab is part of their prerequisite, they required me to retake it. But some dental schools do not have orgo lab as prerequisite so they do not require me to retake.
But I decided to retake because most of dental schools require C or above and Orgo Lab is a prerequisite course.

So I recommend you to check the prerequisite of all the schools you are applying. But I am pretty sure that you will have to retake it.
