You can remove Howard, Meharry and Morehouse since you are not URM. Delete the state public schools on your list that accept few non residents with your GPA: SUNY-Upstate, Utah, UNC, South Carolina, Oregon, Michigan State, U Washington and Cooper. You could add Tufts, Vermont, Temple and Creighton. Add UNECOM for DO since they have a regional preference for New England applicants.
 
Thank you, @Faha, for your quick and very helpful response! From here, do you think that I should focus on shaving down some of the higher stat MD schools, lower stat MD schools, or DO schools? Also, do you know anything about what my chances might be at UMass Amherst in particular, or whether it is likely that one of the schools on my list will accept me?
 
Keep all the DO schools and lower tier MD schools. If you want to remove some of the more difficult schools to get into you could delete Keck and Downstate. UMass is where your best chances are and Tufts and BU also give some instate preference but otherwise it is not possible to predict which schools will interview you.
