c3.98, MCAT 36, first MCAT 29

Took the MCAT in January and scored a 29, retook at the end of July and scored a 36.

Should I apply to:

Duke
Yale
Harvard
Stanford
Dartmouth
University of Chicago
Northwestern

Very good ECs...just had a bad first test. Also applying MD/Phd to some lower schools because I love research, should I apply to MD/PhD programs in any of these schools?

Sure, just be sure to apply to a dozen schools where your chances are above average.
