It sounds like they know it all. They can't tell the difference between spasticity vs. autonomic dysreflexia. I hope the PACU can tell the difference! I applaud your efforts but as you said they don't know what they don't know. The bad part is that they would rather chop off the face to spite the nose.

there's a lot of hate in that thread - I wasn't about to state anything - sounds like the OP would have listened to some PM&R wisdom but was run over by the bus
