Morgan and Mikhail and questions did the trick for me. I suggest one source.
I read M & M and did questions. Some people like Big Blue. I think that questions are a very important part of board preperation. Hall is a nice book to start with. There is a Barash study guide. Some of the questions were very good. I used five different sets of question books. Included in that was retired board questions from the ABA. Please note, some of the answers were wrong. Really know your key words.
Most people do well on the ABA exam if they develop a plan and stick to it.
