CAF submitted, now what?

Hi, I submitted my CAF last week. Do I need something back from ERAS saying that it has been processed?

Once you submit AND apply to programs, you will get a confirmation of which programs you have applied to. Then, you can always go back to ERAS and "Track Applications" which will allow you to see which documents the programs have received; the CAF will be one of them.
